We were a group of 6 that visited last night. The food was first class! We tried 3 dishes each and all of it was really delicious! They also have a great range of beers, lagers, and craft ales. The service was great, and the food came out quickly. Nice atmosphere also: Highly recommended !

Always delicious food & drinks and good service. Great to have a separate vegan menu provided, which offers a lot of dishes just as interesting and tasty as the main menu.

Never disappointed! Always come away wishing we'd ordered less but then what would you cross off your order? Staff are lovely food great wine great! Forgot to take pics before we started because we're so keen to tuck in so partially eaten dishes

Absolutely fabulous evening. We ate our meal sat at the end of the bar and had a wonderful time watching the staff excel at their jobs. Food was excellent and the staff were exceptional.

Top notch grub and the most delicious cocktails. Although they were very busy, we were lucky enough to get an outside table. The food was perfectly tasty and our server was super friendly. Thanks to Izzy for looking after us in our post wedding haze. We will definitely be back.

Wow—what a fantastic little tapas spot in Ambleside! We had a bit of a mix-up with the booking (our table was for 2 instead of 3), but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The place has such a warm, rustic vibe—quirky, cosy, and full of atmosphere. Our server was new but absolutely brilliant—super friendly and on the ball. You order by ticking what you want on a sheet, which was a fun little touch and made it feel like a proper shared experience. The food? So good! The calamari and prawns were fab, and the meatballs had a nice spicy kick. It’s got that Mexican tapas twist going on, which really works. And a bonus for me—they had my favourite alcohol-free beer on the menu! All in all, a brilliant night. Thank you!

Great tapas options with plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Wait staff were super helpful, friendly and honest. Really enjoyed the variety of food and drink. Recommend 4-5 dishes between two people. Would definitely come back!

Superb Mexican tapas-style food, my 4th visit and I come back each time I'm in Ambleside. All the dishes were excellent and particular thanks to Gabby for her friendly service. Highly recommended!
